Ross arrived in Boca Raton as an 8 year old in 1989, from Long Island NY and has made deep Floridian roots in those 31 years. Bachelor’s Degree at UCF in 2004, Culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami 2007. He worked as a Cook and Chef for some well known Beachfront Luxury Hotels, then also restaurants and Country Clubs throughout South Florida, until He started building a Family of his own.

Ross got started in Real Estate investing by acquiring and managing Income generating properties in 2011. He left the kitchen world behind permanently in 2013 for Real Estate and has never looked back. Aside from Investments, and Commercial Real Estate, Ross really loves helping Families, like his own Parents purchase and sell their homes and condos.

Aside from all aspects in commercial real estate and market conditions, financing variables and developer trends impacting the area Ross also has a vast knowledge 55+ active adult communities throughout the State. He works with many Re-Location companies representing clients here to South Florida .
