Juan’s South Florida roots run deep while living in Boca Raton for over the last 20 years. His love for helping people & interest in real estate was an easy decision to change careers and focus full time on the challenges in becoming a successful Real Estate agent. He would earn a Florida Sales Associate License and join the Signature team in 2014.
Inspired to gain additional insight and business knowledge, Juan would be awarded the prestigious SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and the RENE designation (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).
Today, Juan has been awarded the Million Dollar Agent achievement and has become a recognized choice among the many South Florida, national and international clients.
